中国人民大学是教育部直属，国家“211工程”和“985工程”重点建设的大学之一。中国人民大学是国内外学术文化交流的重要平台，先后同美国、英国、澳大利亚、加拿大、德国、奥地利、法国、西班牙等54个国家和地区的211所大学建立了学术交流关系，与港澳台地区25所高校（研究机构）签订了合作协议。截至2013年12月底，作为中方合作伙伴，学校共参与了海外13所孔子学院的建设，其中欧洲6家，美洲5家，非洲1家，亚洲1家。学校还引进、翻译出版了大量适应我国改革开放需要的教科书和学术著作，开展了一系列重要的交流合作项目，主办或承办了一系列高水平的国际学术会议。
中国人民大学于2012年秋季同美国、加拿大、英国、澳大利亚的100多所世界知名大学共同合作推出了“留学直通车”项目，旨在为准备到国外知名学府攻读本科学位的中国学生“量身定做”了一条留学绿色通道。项目学生在享受中国人民大学的师资、办学条件和校园文化的同时，还会接受国外引进的课程体系的严格教育。帮助中国学生从外语水平、学术能力、研究方法、外国文化和职业规划等多个方面做好出国留学的准备。
人大“留学直通车”项目课程体系集外语考试培训（TOEFL/IELTS）、外国高考（SAT/ACT）、学术英语（EAP/AP证书课程）和国外大学本科基础课程于一体，学生通过诸多课程模块的学习，不但可以达到留学必需的语言要求，还将熟悉国外教学模式，如讲座、研讨会、团队合作、论文写作、公众演讲、项目设计与实施等，掌握攻读国外大学所需的学习技能和研究方法。
目前，人大外国语学院“留学直通车”项目课程体系已经获得多个国家知名院校的认可。国内高中毕业生通过在人大一年的课程学习 , 可以直接就读国外名校，并有300多个热门专业可供选择。

招生对象及报考要求
√ 招生计划：中国人民大学留学直通车班本年度计划招生60人（精品班20人）。
√ 招生对象：
本科：中国境内应、往届高中毕业生（高中二年级成绩优异者，并能于次年拿到高中毕业证书者）及大学在读生。
硕士：国家认可的应往届本科毕业生（含大四在读学生）或三年制大专毕业生。
√ 录取条件:
本科：高考三本线或英语单科成绩90分以上免试入学（精品班110分以上或TOEFL60分/IELTS5分），其他条件者参加学校组织的入学考试；
硕士：大学本科GPA成绩不低于70分，其他条件者参加学校组织的入学考试。
本科报考材料：报名者需携带本人身份证、高中毕业证书、高中成绩单、高考成绩证明、一寸白底彩色近照4张。
硕士报名材料：1、本科毕业证书、学位证书（或在读证明）和成绩单；2、身份证复印件；3、英语能力证书或成绩单；4、一寸白底彩色近照4张；5、中、英文个人简历各一份。

本科班：79800元
硕士班：49800元
住宿费等：参照入学须知相应收费标准执行。
